The World Bank, under the phase 2 of the ENPI FLEG Program, intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services to implement mentioned above activity. The main purpose of the services is to strengthen consultancy and guidance for forestland owners (e.g. community forestlands, private, etc.) outside the governmental ownership (i.e. Agency Moldsilva) as well as to promote the best community forestry (or private, if the case) examples of sustainable use of local resources. The three specific components are part of the sought services - (i) building capacities for National Forestry Consultancy Office, (ii) strengthening consultancy and guidance services for community (municipal) and private forestlands, and (iii) preventing illegal practices and optimizing forest benefits by conducting forest management planning (FMP) over 5000 ha of community and/or private forestland.
